Graduated from the mechanical faculty of the Kherson Industrial Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. For 15 years she worked as a designer at the Central Design Bureau of the Kherson Cotton Mill. After graduating, she defended her PhD thesis and worked as an associate professor at Kherson National Technical University and Kyiv University of Technology and Design.

After completing her doctoral studies and defending her doctoral dissertation, she worked as a professor at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, then as a professor and acting head of the Department of Scientific, Analytical and Environmental Instruments and Systems. Since 2019, Professor of the Department of Information and Measurement Technologies of the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute»

In 2019 she received a second education, a master’s degree in 152 – metrology and information and measurement technology.

Since 2011 – Member of the Specialized Councils for the defense of doctoral dissertations in the following specialties: 05.05.10 – light industry machines, 05.11.13 – Devices and methods of control and determination of substances, 05.11.15 – Metrology and metrological support at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, since 2018 – a member of the Specialized Council for the defense of doctoral dissertations in the specialty 05.11.13 – Devices and methods of control and determination of the composition of substances of the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute».

In 2021, a member-opponent of the three Specialized Councils for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialties 182 – light industry technology and 133 – mechanical engineering.

He has more than 250 scientific works, including 2 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 7 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 2 monographs, 3 chapters in monographs published abroad, 11 patents and copyrights of 5 articles. metric base Scopus.

Under the leadership of Zashchepkina N.M. scientific training of postgraduate and doctoral students at the university is carried out, one candidate’s dissertation is defended.

Teaches disciplines “Fundamentals of metrology and information-measuring technology”, “Metrological support of information-measuring systems”, “Quality and certification”, “Scientific work on the topic of master’s dissertation”, “Analysis and processing of experimental data in environmental control” , “Scientific and practical use of the latest information and measurement systems based on television measuring instruments”, “Information technologies for determining and controlling the properties of materials”

Zashchepkina Natalia Mykolayivna regularly works in the organizing committees of international scientific and technical conferences and student competitions and prepares students to participate in various competitions. Today Zashchepkina NM has trained more than 35 masters.

Since 2021 he has been representing the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» in the accreditation of specialties – is an expert in the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education in two specialties.

She was awarded the Gratitude of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for many years of conscientious work, significant contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities and the medal “For selfless service to science”.

Zashchepkina N. M. is conscientious in the performance of her duties, sensitive to colleagues, enjoys respect among students. Organizes internships and master’s degrees with a double degree. Natalia Mykolayivna takes an active part in student life, organizes and holds scientific and practical conferences and cultural events. Curator of the PN-91 group.

Scientific interests, disciplines

Research interests – research and quality control of materials, equipment, technological processes in modern conditions with the help of highly effective methods and tools, control, information measuring technologies.

Under the leadership of prof.
